CM Services Parking Ticket Robin Park

Hi,
I recieved a parking ticket today at Robin Park Wigan during a Wigan Rugby Game. After a bit of research it seems that the company CM services used to be CMS ltd UK with many older posts saying to ignore the tickets and consequent letters.

The reason for ticket was "left the site" which seems like the most vague explanation ever. I work at the stadium on matchdays and parked on the car park about 5 minutes previous to people arriving and setting up barriers for payment of £5 for matchday parking.

I'm a little confused what to do so could do with some help on the next step.

Please read the top thread and learn how/when to appeal (the registered keeper appeals but only when they receive the first letter - it's explained in the sticky thread as to WHY). We have 100% record of winning appeals at POPLA stage, for over a year now but I think this lot may be with the IPC (although the winning words will be similar, the deadlines for you to appeal are shorter and the Code of Practice different so you'll need to read the IPC CoP whilst you await the Notice to Keeper letter). Also do search the parking forum (see the heading on page one of this board) for 'Robin' or 'Wigan' as a keyword as we've had threads like yours recently.
