Sky to EE?

Hi All,
I'm currently out of contract with Sky BB and Phone, I've contacted them 3 times, and they are normally easy to haggle with however they are clearly not interested in keeping me as a customer. After speaking to retentions best they can do is make me re sign for another 12 months at £20 per month as apposed to £25.40.
Having looked on topcashback I can get £130+ in cashback along with £2 per month BB and then £15.40 line rental per month with EE.
We've had bad experiences in the past with EE for mobile, is it worth moving to EE?
