seems ok to me as its the template letter, so why wouldnt it be ?

After sending my first appeal letter i have today had a reply but don't understand the reason for this letter from them. This is what UKPC wrote:-

"Thank you for your letter regarding the parking charge. Your case would be put on hold whilst under appeal and we will respond to you in writting within 35 working days. Assuring you of our best intentions at all times. Yours fathfully "

It's saying that they won't chase you for the money until they have looked at your appeal, which they have to do within 35 days of receipt of it.

However that is 35 days from them receiving you appeal, not 35 days from this letter.

So do watch carefully for a response very soon after that period, or you will need to demand a cancellation or a POPLA code from them.
