You appear to have missed the advice and templates which were under your nose right here on the parking forum all the time. You actually read and posted on a 2012 thread without clicking ONE CLICK to page one of the forum?! Very risky seeing as the advice changed in 2013 when some scammers started suing people.

Please start again at square one and don't pass 'go' until you've read the 'PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? NEWBIES PLEASE READ THIS FIRST!' thread at the top:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163

I would stick with the tried and tested wording for the first appeal, like these people did:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4911394

You can easily beat it; please read the top thread and submit the usual first appeal (do not alter it).

DO NOT TAKE HEED OF OLD ADVICE, DO NOT IGNORE EXCEL.

JUST SEARCH THE PARKING FORUM FOR 'PEEL' AS A KEYWORD!! AND READ THE NEWBIES STICKY THREAD, THEN APPEAL AND WIN AT POPLA.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
