Yes same here I think I waited 4 weeks on the last glitch and I too got a refund, I wouldn't actually mind the card this time.
Have you tried the oils what do you think?We're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits.

I noticed that they now say you can print your order confirmation email to get your discount instore whilst waiting for your LYB card to arrive. I don't see how you could use the discount online though until they provide your membership number. However, last time I had a problem they emailed me a membership number. I don't mind them. Not as nice as the white musk one. I expect they will do as gifts for DDs friends. Seeing as it seems to be the done thing to give birthday and Christmas gifts to a silly amount of people throughout the year :eek: When I was at school, I only had one friend that I gave a present to at Christmas and birthdays!
