    TM i also use rhubarb for meringue pie and flapjacks making normal flapjack mix add half the mix to pan flatten then mix cooked rhubarb sugar lemon and ginger spread over flapjack mix then top with over half of mix does not havt to be to tidy then bake
    you get a rhubarb jammy centre to the flapjacks. I do this with other fruits when in season..

I tend to write my posts 'on my feet', without doing any proper calculations, and then go back and perfect it. I've now given my second attempt at guesstimate:rotfl::rotfl:.
