Aww bless her! That is a long time to have to wait :(

Does she have a statement for school? I have an appointment next week at school because statements are stopping in September and being replaced with new birth-25 health and education plans. Something to watch out for if she does have one.

She does have a statement, she has a full time one to one.
There are so many changed happening at the moment with regards to SEN care, it's a scary time.

I feel sorry for the people just starting out on their journeys, we have the support we need and I'll fight to the ends of the earth to keep it.

Hi (lo:rotfl:) - it'll appear to be a daring act of defiance and as trying to make some kind of point, but it genuinely isn't! I've just gone and thanked the posts that say good morning this morning. And that can only mean I had to thank all of them. And my apologies, if you find yours hasn't been thanked, means you've hidden your greeting well and caught out the ol' autist:rotfl:. Oi, less of the old!;):rotfl::rotfl: So there's another task I'd just created for myself:(:(, and just had to complete now.

You're all being bright and sunny:T:T:T, so you deserve it!:)

I haven't looked beyond midday though, so, if anyone's said good morning(:() on or after then you won't have been thanked! (The 'frown' is for getting it wrong and saying morning not afternoon. It's not a frown at your friendly greeting (albeit incorrect in calling it 'morning':p:rotfl::rotfl:).)

    Good...er... afternoon everyone!:D:D

    Bilge alerted (after the event:D:cool:).

I just asked about the Times+/CafeNero coffee

we all still have access to May 12th so it looks like we can all claim a free coffee once the link is working :money:

I just tried to access it but it wouldn't recognise my customer number, so hopefully it's back on asap, hubby and I love going to Neros together on a weekend morning and it would be nice to get a freebie more often than 1 in 10!

    Afternoon All,

Bought a hoover yesterday in T's Hoover sonix TSXP2006 SEL £74.50 was charged £ 179.00
Went to CSD & after a short wait was given DTD so paid £30 to take it away ;)

Got home opened it & it has been used  .....so rang T's to see where I stood as I'd already got DTD. They said I am still entitled to a refund for the price I paid !!!! I'm quite shocked & embarrassed :o

but off to T's to return it :D

Well done - I had this a while ago. Free vac after DTD ... then Mrs Anon told me she was happy with her existing one ;). Refunded no problem though I did feel I may be close to or beyond the line on that occasion :o. That said, DTD is correcting the overcharge - this does not affect your other rights to return under their returns policy :).

    Afternoon peeps. :)

Just picked my C&C for the beans. Not happy!!

    I order 32 packs of 7 = 224 tins.
When I got there, there were 3 x 7 tins, 6 x 6 tins and 28 separate tins!!!!!!! 85 in total and they still wanted to charge me £25.60!!

Asked them how they worked that out and they couldn't so they said they'd refund me!!

But told me to keep the beans. :D:D:D

Good work! I've just gone to edit the delivery slot for the in-laws and it's now showing as OOS :( I didn't get an email to tell me, so who am I to believe, the order screen, or my confirmation email? If I hadn't checked the delivery slot then MIL would have had a shock when only £2 worth of Stork turned up (the only other thing I bought). And I would have had a shock when I got charged £2+£1 delivery+£4 'less than £25 order' for 1kg of Stork!!

Not sure what to do now. Stupid website

ETA: one small silver lining, did a shopper thoughts survey for 700 CC points instore, plus 300 points for downloading the app, so all is not lost!
