I had a massive sadness come over me when you posted your shop, yesterday I think? First thing on the list was morning rolls I have to say there are some things that don't even come close here, and that is one of them. I'm fed up of English pancakes called rolls :rotfl::rotfl:
I want a proper puffed up roll, preferably one that just a sniff away from burnt

Managers always get the blame its easier to sack 1 than 20. Not saying its not his fault but they are the easy option.
