    After a couple of days, I felt well enough to go for a run. I felt almost normal, except for the snotty nose.

    I really paid for it over the next couple of days though, I felt like I'd caught another cold on top of the one I already had :(

    I don't think I've ever felt that exhausted. And that was without pain :o

    Hope you get a good nights kip and feel better in the morning x

    TS you sound terribly under the weather, I don't like it :(

    Please take it easy and get lots of rest, forget about glitch chasing - there's always more to come

    Just thanked it. Its a good find as useful for fillers aand the missus could take these to work
