I cook rice in advance and reheat the important thing to do is cool quickly and get it in the fridge asap gives bugs no time to grow and 3 days in the fridge will be fine as well

I've more or less reconciled myself to what we discussed thank you, but life is currently destroying much of what I thought the rest of my life held for me and my family and it takes some coming to terms with.
