Best place abroad in April for Hen Do?

Hello everyone,
So I am sorting out a Hen Do... and It needs to be end of March or April upto the 17th April, no further than that. I was advised of a few places from Travel Agents but the places they said, well they don't seem to be too hot! I know we're left with little option considering the months I am looking at. But just hoping there is someone out there who has experienced this also.
I need somewhere where it is decent weather, and open on an evening, we need nightlife, it doesn't need to be wild. Benidorm is the first place that comes to peoples lips, but Benidorm is a big no no!
Any advice welcome!
Cheers:)

Some children go back to school Monday 11th April 2015 at the end of the Easter holidays, so going after this could be cheaper.
Look at places in the Canary Islands and Sharm El Sheikh.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
Hols in Yorkshire are later next year - just checked for Kirklees and schools are off Friday 3rd to Sunday 19th April.
Never been to Sharm (is it a hen-do kinda place?), so for me Canaries probably safest bet, but no guarantees of hot/hot/hot (although generally better than mainland south coast/Balearics).0 -
Yeah we were thinking Tenerife.
I think Egypt is not a very good idea. I know people who have been and said it's a lovely Holiday if you're going with your family or going for the history of it, to relax ect. But not somewhere to go for a hen do!
Thanks for the replies guys. We're left with very little choice because of the Months we have. So fingers crossed this is a good choice. It's something we were thinking, so to have 2 people confirm it's probably the best place to go, it's a little releif!0 -
playa de las Americas.
weather will be lovely, there are some fab bars, with decent prices, from soul bars, at 3 euros a large glass of wine, then move on to the clubbing area.
You could organise a day out with something like this
<<You will be taken to the volcano, Mount Teide, by minibus and from there you will be guided down all the way to the coast (7,200 metres to sea level in 22 kilometers). the special bikes will allow the descent at a safe, comfortable pace and you will stop for refreshment in one of the typical Canarian villages on route.>>
or a morning out at monkey park, where the monkeys come up to you and eat out of your hands.
or a day at siam park one of the best water parks with great slides.
a boat trip out.
horseriding
a spa afternoon.
we very often go for 4 days, it's well worth it.0 -
Valencia is a brilliant night life, no idiots and plenty of good bars. L"Man invented language to satisfy his deep need to complain."

Malaga would be great; almost no transfer, beach, bars, restaurants, castle etc. much cheaper than lots of tourist resorts nearby too0

If you want sunbathing weather it would probably have to be the Canaries. It *can* be as good in mainland Spain or the Balearics but it also can be rainy that early in the season.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
Yes, the Costa Del Sol is a gamble in late April. It could be glorious but it could equally get grey and wet. It depends on what is more important - cheap flights and cheap booze or guaranteed sun and longer flights.0

For an entirely different idea put in a search on https://www.cruisenation.com for April and May 2015 for a cruise. Prices are incredibly reasonable for 4 nights and it would be something a bit different !I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Sharm El Sheikh ticks the 'hot, decent weather' box and has nightlife https://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070107122331AAH5JRD sounds like it wouldn't be impossible for hens to have a do.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0
