Well the dwp have had their 40 days to send me the info promised as per an earlier post & they have failed to deliver all the info under the data protection act.
What are my options now? Any info greatly appreciated0 -
Ok folks i posted yesterday with ref the SAR request I sent to CSA via the department of works & pension. They have arrested my wages & I am still not sure what i owe the money for? As stated in an earlier post the csa are demanding £900 plus, but they have not been able to tell me why, when they had already paid me an overpayment cheque a few years back.Again if I am due the money, then thats fair enough but surely a company cannot come back to you a few years later & decide that you still owe them money & tough but they are just gonna arrest your wages for it without even explaining or giving a breakdown. ARGGGGHHHH
So help is appreciated as to my next step because they have not adhered to the 40 day deadline they get.
