So I got blagged into a House Of Fraser credit card when purchasing a new purse (oops #1) but that's all fine and dandy will just be using for the points collection and paying off every month but after just receiving the card the have spelt my last name wrong, I'm used to this as normally either my forename or surname are spelt incorrectly. (Thanks mum and dad ha) I filled out the form with my right name obviously so this is a mistake on their side, but my question is does this affect anything and does it need rectifying? :D

Quite fitting that in a post about a "House of Frasier" card, the Grammar (Kelsey) wasn't too good ;)

Yeah, get it corrected as it may cause all sorts of annoying hassle in the future.

House of Fraser cards are supplied by Santander.

You can contact them 7 days a week, between 8am and 9pm.

I'm not sure why you decided to wait until today???

I don't think I'm the only person who regards Santander as (possibly spanish?) for "incompetent".
