    Congratulations NC11 :T

Post up your success on the POPLA Decisions thread when you get a mo.

So that's 2 out of the 4 out of your hair ( 1 POPLA win and 1 cancelled I believe).

What happened regarding the other 2?

EDIT: Apologies missed this bit of your post ......
So once this has been upheld, I'd assume it also covers the other PCN's I have received. Surely PE would not want to lose again...

I hope you mean you sent in the same POPLA for each of them and are hoping P E will cancel them before they get assessed?

    Thanks guys!

Indeed this is now 1 cancelled, 1 POPLA win, and the rest have been appealed with PE.

No word on those as yet, though... Shall I post a reminder through the PE appeals web option?

They have ~35 days from submitting your appeal to respond with cancellation or rejection and POPLA code. If they are well outside that timeframe you might need to rattle their cage. You don't want to sleepwalk into court papers.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just a quick update - I've finally got PE to confirm that there are no further outstanding charges against my vehicle. Took 3 messages for that to happen...
