So that's 2 out of the 4 out of your hair ( 1 POPLA win and 1 cancelled I believe).
What happened regarding the other 2?

So once this has been upheld, I'd assume it also covers the other PCN's I have received. Surely PE would not want to lose again...

Indeed this is now 1 cancelled, 1 POPLA win, and the rest have been appealed with PE.

They have ~35 days from submitting your appeal to respond with cancellation or rejection and POPLA code. If they are well outside that timeframe you might need to rattle their cage. You don't want to sleepwalk into court papers.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
