Bovis homes cancelled reservation without any fault from my side and purely due to mistake by your recommended mortgage adviser. Firstly he calculated and assumed wrong amount of deposit from side despite I told him hard figure first day and then wrote in email too and secondly he lied about mortgage I was only able to get from Halifax as I have got offers from many other lenders too and much more than amount needed for that house purchase. They are selling it higher price which seemed only motivation to me to cancel, then its unfair that I lost my reservation fee and solicitor fee. I should be refunded in full reservation fee and fee I had to pay to solicitor, but they haven't paid anything. Customer service as Cambourne seems UKIP/Bnp voters to me, head office does not listen just delete your email and so called consumer protection govt are useless and I do not have money to go to court, looks like I am in some African republic and not in EU.
