Good afternoon all,
Great news! We've recieved notification today that all the appeals have been allowed!
The reason they have given is:"Reasons for the Assessor’s DeterminationIt is the Appellant’s case that the parking charge notice was issued incorrectly.So basically, it looks like they couldn't be bothered to respond!
The Operator has not produced a copy of the parking charge notice, nor any evidence to show a breach of the conditions of parking occurred, nor any evidence that shows what the conditions of parking, in fact, were.
Accordingly I have no option but to allow the appeal."

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Interesting that the pay machines say 'see signs in car park for terms and conditions', but there do not appear to be any actual signsDedicated to driving up standards in parking0 -
Well, I was just going to write to First Parking to request that in light of POPLA's findings they cancel all other notices regarding that registration including those that are with Roxburghe.0
