I'm a newbe and first time booker today but in the past I collected the vouchers from the newspaper and made a snail mail application. Of course I never got anything but at least they had my name, address etc. and I was in the loop... now they send a priority booking form thro' the post for me to use...or better still...come online and do it within minutes of the site going live...early this morning. And this is how you get a reference number to use along with the voucher codes...8 of them including the first one that they give you in that letter as well. It allows you in a day earlier than anyone who is just doing it collecting the 8 codes from the daily paper. There may be other ways to 'sign up' for future notifications...there are others better placed who know THE SYSTEM here....but you do have to know what that system is to make it work and be first on the doorstep.....

How did you manage to book more than 1? Every time I go back to try and book another date I get the message 'maximum number of bookings have been made for this reference number' yet I'm sure they said you could do more than 1.

I agree. I went straight into the site this morning and August has clearly booked up very quickly. Feel really disappointed! Collected all the codes, had priority ref and bonus word. Waste of time. No !!!!!!! chance. :mad:

TBH I was very disapointed too but we wont get a break this year otherwise... So I booked Pontins Brean Sands In August TBH the Park is run down but We will be out and about all day on day trips. So at about £100 in total you cant really expect too much can you.

Do you think there will be any extra availability tommorow as I went in the site this morning to try and book a date In Aug, I even used all 3 Aug dates available and there was absolutely nothing available.
I,m gutted! First time my hubby has got time off in School Hols and was really hoping we could all get a little break together.
They can't have had much availability for Aug as most people are saying the same thing.

Do I have any hope?

You were lucky to get August! Don't even think Brean Sands has availability now in August. I need Hampshire/Dorset. Brean sands is too far from where I need to be in Poole.

Not sure if more avail tomorrow. But you can still get 22.08.2014 Pontins Camber Sands. I know its not the best place but if its just to get away it may be better than nothing. or it may be too far away... But they must release more surely as all those people sending in codes will be doing it for nothing.... Unless they hold off availability.

I went straight into the site this morning and August has clearly booked

I've read back through the thread and most of the posts who got August appear to have booked before 2 am last night.

If your after a UK site Breakfree holidays lists 29th of August as a possible start date. Prices, Accommodation and many of the parks are the same as in the Sun offers. I booked 5 holidays with them back in January and the first two have gone without any problems.

I wanted West Bay as I was there on the last day of holiday last year. The location was great. or somewhere is Dorset but your right there was nothing or Dorset..... Is Camber Sands too Far?
