what a complete waste of 3 hrs waited up till midnight , my guess is there was absolutely no dates at the back end of august for anywhere unless somebody had some joy in booking one .

I complained this morning, just received a sorry for the inconvenience message saying the problem was down to a technical error and it had an address if I want to make a formal complaint, think I will leave it but will be asking for a priority code next time.

there was absolutely no dates at the back end of august for anywhere unless somebody had some joy in booking one .

There are posts earlier in this thread stating that they booked the back end of August, but I think availability was few and far between.

what time did eveyone get on the Site I am a Sun Perks Member but I couldnt get in till 9.00. Did anyone get in before. maybe I should of done the old way when I had a Priorty Code and day before the last code came out. When It was guessed. I may have got Dorset in August.... Last time with Sun Perks was the same no Butlins nothing there very strange... Anyone had any success as a Sun Perks Member

It's my first time booking and its asked for a reference number but I don't have one?? I'm a bit confused what I have to do.

I booked two holidays today.first time I got email confirmation and payment confirmation but second time nothing just got print booking confirmation.has this happened to anyone else on here please?thanks
