It might be an idea to complain about the BPA to the DVLA. Tell them you are aware of the complaints about ANPR Ltd and the BPA is clearly failing to address these issues with ANPR LTD.
Complaints about the BPA rather than an individual PPC might just force them to do something.
Good idea! Thanks0 -
Thank you everyone! My POPLA appeal has been allowed! Thank you everyone for all your advice!0

Well done lunamoon86!
I did tell you you'd win (post #3)1. You don't want to reconsider your claim to appeal.
2. Ignore the 'lure' of discounts (even 'Early Bird' ones ).
3. You won't lose.
4. You won't incur further costs by going to POPLA - they will - @ £27 a pop!
Clever Trevor now forking out £27 for his folly in taking on a forum assisted appeal. :TPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Trev has a new imaginary friend who goes by the !!!!!! star name of Scott Farrow. He is supposed to work for Trev's new debt collectors Expedion. What's the betting that Scott does not exist - Just like N Martin? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Not-very-clever Trevor has certainly left plenty of evidence lying around as to the bogus nature of Expedion.

Parking Ticket Appeals are now dealing most days with Expedion and ANPR Ltd.
The letters they send out are not very professional. Our clients who approach us over Expedion cannot believe a company can act so unprofessionally.
What is even more strange is that the Expedion "staff" actually believe the rubbish they come out with.0 -
I hope you are compiling a thick dossier of Trev's transgressions to submit to Trading Standards.Je suis Charlie.0

Somebody should do something about him, as the BPA Ltd. don't seem to want to know. They have three complaints about him in their in tray for weeks and nothing's getting done.
Just compare and contrast the BPA's behaviour to when I complained to them about a PPC using their logo on their website when they weren't a member. That was sorted out in a couple of days. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
