You are here so are doing things right ;) , just send the demand for a popla code back to them, address it too Trev himself if you want. And make complaints to the bpa and dvla.

And look at this so you can see what you are dealing with

Here are some actual complaints the DVLA have had, they look similar to yours ie POPLA code issues.

Trev promised the BPA he would stop being naughty.

It might be an idea to complain about the BPA to the DVLA. Tell them you are aware of the complaints about ANPR Ltd and the BPA is clearly failing to address these issues with ANPR LTD.

Complaints about the BPA rather than an individual PPC might just force them to do something.

I received the exact same (different PCN code obviously) letter from the fictitious N Martin. He/she must get about a bit to personally know all of theses parking sites!
You will continue to receive letters of intent stating all sorts of rubbish but don't panic just follow the advice given here. I received POPLA code about 2 weeks after sending letter demanding code and complaints to DVLA and BPA. My appeal is now with POPLA and is due to be considered on or around 5 June.
Good luck even though you won't need it.

It's amazing how few complaints are made about Trev given his complete disregard for the BPA code of practice.

People really should complain about him.
