Mr Prankster - I would suggest you camp over at Toddington Services. I think you will have a field day with the type of defence statement CP Plus have sent me plus you will love the threat of legal action pending communication. If they take me to court, would like to invite both you and Ivor P along, as long as you promise not to laugh.....

The assessor didn't go past the first page of CP Plus' evidence pack. Lost on gepol as part of their claim stated
reflects the cost to our clients, both in terms of congestion caused at this site by drivers abusing the parking restrictions, and our fees for enforcing these restrictions, whilst installing and maintaining the necessary equipment to do so

I sent them an invoice last week to pay a discounted rate before the verdict came out. They have not done so. Will wait the full 14 days before issuing another letter.

I wish they would hurry up and take "legal action" as their last letter promised!

Ok - about to follow this up with the "14 days has passed warning" and that I will be taking them to the small claims court if they continue to ignore my invoice. I have a proof of posting for every communication I have sent them. If this does go to the small claims court, should I take a lawyer in with me?

Google small claims procedures and you'd know why not.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
