Glad I'm not the only one thinking this. This is what I am saying, the dealer asked them to go back in and sign the revised paperwork in September, the OP hasn't done that and is still using the car.
They received their deposit back two months ago and have not yet clarified why!
It's hard to have sympathy here for them.0
