Hi all - I'm new here and need some help!
Me and my boyfriend are moving into a 2-bedroom house in Grays, Essex at the end of the year and even though I'm good with figures, I'm not to sure what to expect.
I've looked at a few sites and wondered if anyone could shed some lights on monthly payments for water/gas/electricity etc.
We are most likely going to pay our TV licence and council tax annually, and the rent is already sorted.
Any advice would be appreciated,
thanks

Impossible to tell you unless you advise how the house is heated and hot watered-does it have gas CH and DHW? If not, all electric heating is about 300% more expensive.
Water costs will depend on whether it's metered or RV billing-if the former you can work out the cost from the RV.
And don't forget phone and broadband, contents insurance...No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
