help with a problem please.

ive booked a holiday from thomson to tunsia

the confirmation email sent to me and what the website said was
£1074 2 weeks all inclusive and with 5kg extra baggage and late check out,for 2 people
ive paid the £200 deposit leaving balance of
£825
Flight + Hotel
£1074.00
Card Charges
£0.00
1 x Late Checkout
£35.00
2 x 5kg Extra baggage
£46.00
Sub-Total
£1155.00
Discount
£130.00
Total
£1025.00
Low deposit paid: £200.00
Top Up deposit due on :26/9/14 £200.00****
Remaining balance: £625.00****
Balance due date: 26/9/14
Total outstanding balance: £825.00




But the problem is the invoice they sent though the post is completey different

the letter states
Total holiday is £1241 without the extras
and the balance is £1041


What iam i to do?
what should i get the cheaper option?

any help you would be great.

    yer but that in india and very hard to understand, they said send an emial in ,but the balance is on there screen they said,
    i told them no the confirmation emial is different

    Which is the correct price you agreed to when booking?

    Then if you booked online and got the confirmation I would email them a copy of the confirmation as that is what you booked and agreed to.

    Then I would tell them to cancel it and refund your deposit then book elsewhere.

    Is there a number for head office in the UK you can call?
