Im away at a physio and rehab clinic that I chose to subscribe to through work, although payroll c@cked it up and never took the payments, so I was initially turned down. I challenged it and after a bit of pressure they admitted their mistake and payroll are paying the £1.5k for the treatment! I would never have argued it had it not been for the lessons I've learnt through MSE!

    Good luck everyone x

fantastic well done sallymander. hope it helps you recover.

try logging into your account and see if they are offering it to you anyway. some people don't get the email and when they log in, the offer is there.

Aesop's right, which is why I mentioned it. I never get the e-mails for some reason and always have to log in and look to see if I'm eligible.

Adding the £3.48 profits from selling a mascara my husband gave me after winning it in a giveaway. I got the distinct impression that he was hoping I'd reconnect with my make-up bag again (I may have been a bit too single-minded in pursuit of this challenge!), but I think it was already listed on eBay before he'd finished speaking :) Half an hour in the bathroom with something from my 'mud-pack of youth' stash is probably on the cards later :rotfl:
