Natwest Advantage Gold & The CPP Refund Letters

Hi boys and girls!
Not been here for ruddy years - so please be kind!
My gf recently had a CPP refund letter. I recognised the logo from something I had on my Natwest Advantage Gold account for years and years - but I've had no letter.
I tried ringing them but they were no use unless I had a policy number.
The reason I have no paperwork is that I had the account myself for years - but then I got a joint account with the other half last year and they closed my Ad Gold to give us a Platinum Joint Account instead.
I've tried various searches on Google of Natwest Advantage Gold and CPP - but I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for...?
Can anyone help? Tell me if there's any possibility I'm due a refund, and, if so, where/what I should look or ask for?
Thanks in advance guys!

The CPP scheme only covers the period post January 2005 and if they haven't written to you already and can't find you from your personal address details etc then you don't have the card insurance.
You may be able to check what insurance you did have (if any) by sending a Subject Access Request (SAR) Letter to NatWest. This will cost you £10.0 -
Thank you. That seems around the time I opened the account but I can't be certain. Will a Natwest branch tell me when I started the account?
If it was prior to this - are there any other avenues open to me?
Funnily enough, I knew most of the things on there were pointless. The only draw for me was the mobile phone insurance.
