My birthday yesterday (thanks for greetings from MSE) but no points from piggy.

I e-mailed pigsback (again) about my missing birthday points (my birthday was in June and this is the second e-mail I've written them about it). This is what I got back this morning:
    Hi

    Thanks for your mail.

My appologies once again for the delay.

Any members who have subscribed to the birthday email and whose birthday it was since the new site update, will have their PiggyPoints within the next week, as well as receiving a belated birthday email from us.
We hope to send this on within the next week.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any further queries.

    Kind Regards,

    Stacy

    I've got my fingers crossed!

Just tried it and they said at first that the domain name wasn't valid. 2nd attempt "they are having difficulties. Try later"

It really annoyed me how long they take to validate points.

Are some folks getting a "You have already entered" message, or has the comp been restarted and everyone can enter?

I ask because I thought I'd entered this before, but after the revamp, anything could be happening ...

I don't know if they missed it, because I entered it way back, but when I clicked on it today, it needed entering again  maybe that is what happened to the other poster?

but then again my daily quizzes never stay entered
