I never got my piggy birthday points from months ago and have been e-mailing steadily to remind them, every time they say it'll be done 'soon' recently i asked them for a date it would be done by and they ignored me and said soon. It's been going on for months so in honestly i don't beleive soon any more.

is there anything atall i can do or is this just another way they're going down the plug and making it harder for us to get points?

Am I missing points? I got 3 cts and the visit London quiz today. Therefore I got 40 points which is the same as I got last week. If I keep getting 40 points a week it will take 25 weeks to get one £10 voucher, is this the same as everyone else?

I am not complaining after all I'll get £20 of vouchers in the year for a few clicks.

If they won't reply to your emails and keep fobbing you off by saying 'soon', I'm not sure what else can you do.
From all I read, they need chasing up for most things e.g. points for shopping through Boots etc. Its time they got their act together.
Months ago, they paid up promptly and there were lots of opportunities to gain instant points. Once I raked in enough for my last voucher, I decided to give up on them. I get more cashback through Quidco and competition sites. Pigsback is a dead loss, as far as I'm concerned.

I haven't had any 'proper' CTs for 3 weeks running now. I can see the links to the offers that everyone else gets CTs for, but there's no CT there. But at the same time, I am getting the points for clicking on the links people post on here.

No idea what's going on but thanks to the people who post links.:beer:

My birthday yesterday (thanks for greetings from MSE) but no points from piggy.

I've deleted my cookies but it's still the same - anyone know what's going on?

I am new to Pigsback, only registered a few days ago. But did a Boots.com order this w/e and was wondering when to expect points for this? I did the order after having clicked on the Pigsback Boots link, so fingers crossed. But don't know if you get points once order has been processed or delivered? Thanks for your help .
