im having the same problem.... my mum has 1000 points and wants a john lewis voucher... i can order it for her but it wont submit anything :mad: i tried last wednesday at he house and she rang me to ask if id try from my house for her. so i have and it wont let me do it.

I'm sorry your comments couldn't be accepted however this Poll worked as we have had huge feedback on the Poll.
This could have been a connection issue or a computer issue but the Poll itself was working,.

I have passed on your comments to the team especially regarding 50 - 100 people you know yourself who agree.
We are sorting it and for the most the majority of the site is working.

Any outstanding issues are being worked on as we speak. Nobody is ever fobbed off; when a member queries something Member Services check with the team and answer honestly.
In fact many of the issues causing problems have been sorted.

I appreciate your comments and if you have any further queries or comments, please let me know.

well its true, ithere are at least 50-100 people on here that are not happy with the new site as the old thread is full of complaints about it, so fingers crossed they actually take some notice this time but doubt they will lol...

I'm really sorry for saying this snackatack, and I absolutely expect to get shot down for it, but that seems like a way over the top reaction to a freebies website. There are some big things going on in the world, and if you're this upset by a fun way of spending a few minutes a day, then your stress levels are going up for no good reason. I think the reply that you got was very composed, and gratious (sp?), shows Rachel in a very good light. Well done her. Just my own opinion, but I don't think it's worth getting that worked up over. You could just not click on the site? It is a shame it's not working as it should, but it's not really affecting anybody to that extent.
