I can't seem to log in again today, i can log in when i first go to the pigsback site but when i try to look at my piggybank-it asks for my password again and it keeps telling me my password is wrong!

Anyone else had this problem before?

This kept happening to me as well, took me ages to work it out.

Try clicking submit after entering your password rather than hitting enter on your keyboard. That should work.

  • hello everybody, i am new to this forum but have been using pigsback for around a year.
just received another £30 vouchers in the post yesterday from pigsback but am waiting for about £50 in piggypoints from pigsback shop and earn as we have had alot of big spends lately. there is also £25 in my hubbys account in points so once i have had baby (3 weeks left!) i will hopefully have £100 topshop vouchers - yay!!
i am yet another one left rather unhappy since website change - been waiting a long time for my points from shopping and not had friend referral points or birthday points yet or uswitch come to think of it.
oh well should have them all soon i guess so i should stop moaning.
does anybody know is it no longer possible to search on shop and earn for what you want to buy? ie type in a name of a book or something and they all used to come up with the prices and (i think) how many points it would earn you. can this not be done any more? i cannot seem to work out how - any advice is appeciated.
    thanking anybody in advance.
