I have been waiting for some Dell Points for nearly 3 months. Contacted Pigsback and they looked in to and riased a query. I had to chase that after a few months to be told, it had been approved but they hadn't credited the points yet and they would be done by the weekend. Still not here................

I wonder if they are spending their times sorting out the glitches on the new site?

It took forever to get my Dell points and in the end they credited them as a goodwill gesture as the transaction didn't track properly. So for my latest purchase I cleared all cookies and went through Quidco - and that hasn't tracked either. I think the issue may be with Dell rather than Pigsback.
