I hope someone can help me. My mum and dad had a phone call saying they could save money by going with this new provider. They set it up but they are really messing them about. They say they can't leave until the 24 months have been paid and they agreed to their contract. For three months now they can't get their router under protected password and have to unplug and plug back in to get WiFi. Another thing is that the bills are different every month and the are paying over £65 for phone and broadband when they don't use the home phone. They are pensioner's and are really upset that they can't get out of this contract and go with a name that they trust. Whenever i try to phone there seems to be a handful of people in the office. I really hope somebody can help.0

My father got a call from millennium talk as well.
At first impression I was bit skeptic but when they explained me the plan it was a good deal , yeah I did paid my bt early termination fee to get into millennium talk but for long run I did saved huge money .
I would suggest everyone if they get a call listen to them and tell them how much you pay for your existing bill and what features you get in your current plan for ex. Unlimited local and national call, unlimited broadband ,card swipe features etc , if they have a better plan think and go for it..

I would suggest if this crowd phone you up, tell them to get lost.
More importantly, tell your elderly relatives never to sign up for anything over the phone.0 -
