Waitrose/Madasafish, etc bought by BT

From reports today in the Telegraph BT is in the process of buying the parent comany, Brightview, of Waitrose ISP and Madasafish ISP.

Fantastic. Went to go to a company that provides excellent service and have been with them for nearly two years, only to have them bought by BT. Wonder if customer service/general standards will suffer, sorry, wonder when they will start to suffer.

No, leave it alone BT..... MAAF and Co has been great for the last 10 years of use.

Hi Guys,

We've just had the announcement in the office and some people from BT have been in to chat with us.

I'm very pleased to say that it's business as usual for us. Our value to BT is principally based on our reputation for customer services and they're not making any changes to impact that. I'm not planning on going anywhere and for me it's also business as usual!

I lean towards the opinion that the investment by BT will mean that in the future we'll be able to offer more services to our customers.

I'm still Madasafish and still here to work for you guys if you need me!
