Barclays Mobile Phone Insurance (Lifestyle Services Group) - alternative number?

Going through Barclays for a mobile insurance claim. Filled out and sent the relevant documentation to them yesterday.

Despite having provided TWO telephone numbers to them, they have emailed and asked me to phone them on an 0845 number. I've just tried, but after 30 minutes (£3) waiting, I hung up.

Does anyone have an alternative number I can ring please? Their number is 0845 072 2830.

Saynoto0870 does not provide an alternative.

I've got a really bad feeling about this claims process........

Say No To 0870 does have an entry and it tells you to call 01270 413000 and ask for Barclays Mobile Insurance.
