Have you forgot this is a moneysaving site!!

It is the principal of the matter. They want me to sign two forms and return to them in 30 days or they close the account. The clerk omitted to put the return envelopes which were mentioned in the letter, inside and the one who rang yesterday decided they weren't going to ring me back!!!

Plus they are advertising the fact they will soon be launching their current account. I recommend anyone on this forum not to bother until they introduce secure internal email and telephone numbers that don't rip off non BT users.

There are occasions when money-saving principles start costing you more in time and effort than they're worth. Incidentally Tesco Bank won't accept that my postcode even exists, so I'm not convinced they know what they're doing.

For the cost of an envelope why not send a complaint about the lack of envelopes, lack of call back etc. Perhaps you could include your forms.

I was a happy Tesco Savings customer until it fouled things up when it took its computer systems in-house. I got out and will not be returning until I am convinced that it has got its act together and it appears that will not be any time soon.

I had this problem with them as well and had to post them proof of address. I was writing data entry applications with postcode entry back in the 90's

Just done a check and they have moved addresses they are now based in Renfield Street, Glasgow. So will use a second class stamp.
