Parking Eye pay £1000 a week to ticket people

Options
That is the shocking figure they pay to scam in the Cambridge case, this just shows that they make far more than that at this car park otherwise they operate at a loss.

How can they deny that the only way they make a profite is for breach of contract? This is supposed to put them back to the same position they were in before said breach.

This is just crazy!. So the only way they can make money is for motorists to break their "rules". If none of them do that then PE are stuffed . This also begs the question of GPEOL. As technically PE can only put themselves back into the position they were before the breach of rules, then they will still be down on the deal. If they are making a profit then that is an unfair penalty and should be be ruled as such by any competent judge (or POPLA adjudicator)

Wouldn't it be a shocker if we find out that parking eye pays Aldi to scam, they would never live it down

This is the sort of dirty little secret that they try to hide by only producing redacted contracts & why it is so important that the full contract terms are revealed.
