    Could just ask crabman to merge them
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    SO .. If parking Eye are not paying you a grand a week to infest YOUR car park, you might want to pick up the phone and ask why.
    At a supermarket like Aldi, that is the staffing costs for a full week ...:D

    If they have failed to get the witnesses to these statements brought to court for questioning then the trump card is out.

    I doubt they would be stupid enough to kick it up a level.
    They are daft but not that daft, can you envisage a judicial revue if it made it that far through the system , 3 cantankerous senior judges with a shed load of case law under challenge.

    They lost that and Capita have bought a dummy.
