I just wasn't sure if it was a proper rejection letter as they said they didn't have to respond.
As I just said to another poster - you missed the appeal chance (POPLA). So what? Big deal!

Really don't get why people get so worked up about missing POPLA when their PPCs don't sue people and we all ignored such letters for years pre-POFA. The debt collector letters are the same ones we've all got collections of before POPLA existed. People laugh at these letters.

Not sure why you thought you'd get anything different - appealing late was just an exercise to state your case rather than ignore it all. NOW you can ignore it all! Care Parking don't do court - and neither do they 'care' about parking...

And you HAVE already been advised to name the driver, as it was a postal PCN. Then the PPC's only way forward would be to start again with a postal PCN to the driver instead. THIS IS ALL COVERED IN THE NEWBIES STICKY THREAD, TO BE FAIR TO US!
I was with an elderly relative shopping in the Range in St Helens, who wasn't feeling well
Equality Act 2010. What happened when you complained to the Manager in the Range about this disability discrimination?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
