sending sms from pc on mobile phone web site

I need a mobile phone supplier that has the option to send sms/texts online on its web site to other network users on their phones. Orange used to do this and so did O2 but O2 didn't have the address book that orange kept which was really useful. Do you know of any suppliers that still offer this option. I just want to buy a sim card to enable my mobile but send my texts on line. Fish do this but you have to pay £5 minimum so its costing me THAT plus my mobile phone contract. I know I would be far better off with a sim only.

I'm not sure what you are asking... There are some free, but unreliable, text messaging web sites such as:

http://www.afreesms.com/

(a test to a spare mobile didn't work from either of these sites, but it did receive a text in a couple of seconds from my iPhone)...

Otherwise why not use SMS from your mobile? Three's pay as you go "321" package only costs 2p per text message.
