MySurvey UK - Kicked out for no reason!

All was going well until they deactivated my account and cancelled it and invalidated my points out of the blue!. I checked with them about this and they said their fraud detection systems had detected something wrong with my account and told me it was closed and I had a life ban! How ridiculous.
I can't think of anything I could have done to cause that - I chased it up but got this reply along the same lines:
Dear Dave,
We have recognized a problem with your account. It has been deactivated due to quality control checks. Regretfully, we are unable to reactivate your account and your points have become nonredeemable.
We apologize for any confusion this has caused.
Kind regards,
Emma Morisson

:mad: So I wasted my time filling in those surveys and got nothing. Seems to me these guys are scam artists. Don't waste your time.
Hi I had the same issue recieved the same email and I am at a loss to explain what I did wrong.0 -
I just gave up and let it go. I do think its unreasonable that they refuse to tell you what their problem with you/your info is and instead just slap you with a life ban for no apparent reason.
Seems they get away with doing just that though and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it.0 -
Open yourself another email account and rejoin My Survey with a different name. Always cash out as soon as you can so you don't lose out.'Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.' George Carlin0

THIS. Sign up again, new email and personal details, new IP address too.
I do this with mysurvey, valued opinions and a few others. If they can't treat us with respect, f*** them. :rotfl:
Never leave a balance with them, cash out each voucher one at a time.
Also, you are still entitled to payment for the "work" you did for them, regardless of their conditions. An official letter before action may put the wind up their sails..0 -
Sick of them. Two consecutive nights with error pages after completing an entire survey, now they're giving me e-mails telling me to do surveys that aren't on the website.0
