need help get bt connected

a freind has got a bt line but it is not connected and it will cost £125 to do it, the thing is that he is not planning on staying, but he needs internet access. he has thought of bulldog as well.

do anyone know how to get bulldog or bt connected any cheaper??

ur friend is lucky! i had to pay £160 for my connection, and they didnt mention a word of it til i got the bill thru the door! i have now moved my calls to sky talk, and no way was i going with BT for BB, so my BB is with Madasafish.com!

he leaves in manchester, he is only renting and the place is his living is not a safe place. he is waiting to hear about other flats, he is living month my month. looking everyday for somewhere new. he cant afford to buy.
