If you follow the chart then it shows that keeper must appeal ( therefore obtaining POPLA code) on day 29.
If you follow the recommended route which is straight down from top to bottom then it shows no appeal after day 29. How can that be right if notice was say sent on day 50. Or am I getting it wrong0 -
You are getting it wrong, they must send you the Notice to Keeper on a windscreen ticket between days 29-56 , day 28 being the first day they can get RK details from the dvla. After that you have 28 days to appeal following their arbitrary rules.When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
