APCOA PCN Appeal - Standard Template?

Is there a template letter I can use to appeal a PCN posted on my car at a railway station quoting 5 - parking across two bays when one of my wheels was on the line.

I would stick with the tried and tested wording for the simple 2 stage appeal. At POPLA stage we win every time, 100% record, so follow the NEWBIES thread including how to win at POPLA in due course and you'll be fine, just like all these newbies were:
