Quick question about O2 DD
Hey, I've recently done the Halifax current account switch from Natwest, with whom I had my O2 monthly direct debit coming out on the 19th of every month. Getting a little worried as it's now the 22nd and there is still no sign of the transaction in my account. I realise the bank holidays will have slowed it down but I would have expected it to come out today?
However, when I check my My O2 app, balance due states £0.00, so does that mean it has been paid and te bank just isn't showing it yet?
Sorry if this is a silly question, just I've never missed a payment thus far and don't want anything messing up my credit score

Can you ring halifax and ask? Think they'll be open now. It sounds like it will be ok but at least they can confirm.
Edited: is your old acc with NW definitely closed? Possibility it could have come out from there?0
