He's correct ( although it's 2 - 4 weeks ). I'd be interested in hearing what was said though."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0

Presumably Pranky and Bargepole will give us the gist as soon as they are able.Je suis Charlie.0

Yes. Good call, baz.
Still surprised that this was held in 'secret' - as reported by coupon mad a few weeks back. Notwithstanding the hoax call crap: I imagined that all co.court cases were open to the public. Justice served and all that? ( not that I'm cynical or anything ).0 -
Bargepole will probably report on this in due course, so I'm toldWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Rather, the parties to the case elected not to publicise the hearing date after the fiasco on 14th March. All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Edmund Burke Irish orator, philosopher, & politician (1729 - 1797).0 -
Thanks for the clarity. To my untrained eye a 2-4 week wait seems unduly long for a co.court decision. Can anyone enlighten?0

It's a reserved written judgement and that time scale is perfectly normalProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0

Correct. The full range of arguments on both sides were fully explored, and we don't expect to see the Judgment until around the middle of May.
It's pointless to speculate any further, until we know what the Judge has decided.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -
This is better than any Alfred Hitchcock suspense thriller
.
Outcome awaited with great anticipation by all the parking forums. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
