my ee bill not happy with it

When i took out the contact on my htc one mobile it was £37 per month now its gone upto ,£41 i never go over my limits so why has it gone up to £41? I cant afford to pay that out every month :mad:

    They can increase the tariff with inflation and VAT has increased in the last couple of years. Did you have a discount for the first six months, for example?

    Do you pay by direct debit? If not they charge you £2.50 a month

    If you really could afford £37, it's hard to believe that you can't afford £4 more.

    11%? It's far too much even for 2 years. AFAIK the last VAT increase was in 2011.

    Have you actually looked at the bill to see what they say?

    Agree with this..

    It'll be clear as to what they've charged you more for as everything gets broken down by price.
