I am new to this site, however I have researched this site fully over the last few hours and I understand that I have received an unenforceable parking (not fine) but 'invoice'. Earlier today I went with my 6month old daughter to Asda, it was extremely busy and despite driving up and down the parent and child parking bays…

Pay it, or spend some money on learning to park without risking damage to other vehicles... oh, and buy a coat
