Misleading offer in Waitrose - advice please

Definitely worth contacting them. I emailed but received a standard reply saying they were really busy and I could phone. Freephone number - great touch!
Within minutes the partner had understood the issue, refunded £10 (half the cost) and emailed the appropriate department to let them know the error!

Dunno why you didn't just call them in the first place, they honestly have great customer service, ive had £31 worth of vouchers for 2 of their mistakes.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

The store used to do (maybe still does?) 'refund and replace' if you're not happy with an item.
So worth contacting them as you may get a new box + a refund.
This happened with my 'supersweet Satsuma's' which were anything but. Let us know how you get on.0
