Early Upgrade?
Hi,
My contract is due to end 22nd July with Virgin and have been told that I can upgrade from 22nd June.
I have also been told that i can upgrade early from today 22nd April.
Phoned today and was told the 3 months early upgrade is only on certain accounts and just random people are selected.
Spoke to the retention team today and the very helpful lady I spoke to said that as I upgraded a month early last time she has noted my account that I can upgrade from 27th May.
I have heard of others phoning up and upgrading 3 months early no problem but I just getting nowhere.
I seem to get different information every time I phone up. Anyone had similar experiences?
