My GP said if I got a craving for chocolate, I should mix a spoonful of drinking chocolate with a little water to make a paste and then eat that - it gives the same "fix" as the real thing, but without so many cals, also if it is a genuine fix you need, you will get enough from this, but if you just want to munch on chocolate, you will soon go off the idea!

Hmm, good tip. Making chocolate paste seems a bit less eating disorderish than covertly spooning in mouthfulls of chocolate powder!1st April 2008 challenge:mad: xmas overspend = [strike]£254.05[/strike] £0:j......cc1 = [strike]£240.78[/strike] £0:j .......cc2 = [strike]£667.47[/strike] £0 :j ...amount owed to ISA = [strike]£1599.90[/strike] £0:jTOTAL TO GO = [strike]£2762.20[/strike] £0 !!! DONE IT DONE IT DONE IT!!!:dance:0 -
Oh I am soooooooooo glad other people are as naughty as me. I have been awful today. Was out with my friends and the kids and we had a smashing day BUT ate like total grunters
.
Spent too much too but hey ho. Looked out of my window at 7am and was absolutely minging morning so I turned off the alarm and went back to sleepMissed the car boot. Ach it would have been a wash out anyway. This month is nearly done anyway and I am happy to do car boot next month to help out with debt repayments. Have a couple of wee debts I forgot about. Put about £19 on new look card for uniforms and RAC went onto barclaycard £90 but got 3 free months. Always like to have RAC as am on my own most of the time when driving or with kids and quite a rural area here. Spent a bit on shopping today but we were getting really low on food. There was nothing in for snacking and we desperately needed CHOCOLATE :rotfl: .:drool:Going to browse and chill the rest of the night. xx

Ok i will start from the beginning. I split up with my ex last november after finding out that he was cheating on me!! I was truly heart broken as we were due to get married and we were trying for a baby! One of our mutual friends was a real rock and he came round and made me feel normal again by just doing silly things like turning up with a box of chocolates and telling me to get in the bath as we were going down the pub. He took all the pain away by just being a mate and letting me sound off about my ex or cry when ever i wanted. Then in march we went out for st patricks day and got very drunk and one thing lead to another and we slept together. I felt so bad after i didnt talk to him for 3 days as i didnt know what to say! When i did pluck up the courage he was fine and it was if nothing happened which was fine by me. Then somehow it seems that we have started to sleep together nearly every weekend. And stupid stupid me thought it was going somewhere but when i asked him he said why spoil a friendship so me being me said yeah thats fine then cried (and i mean sobbed my heart out) all the way home!!

Aww Dee poor you. Aren't men sh**s !! My ex played around on me and it is devastating at the time. I am glad now though as my life is much better without him. I know its hard but just try and take it on board as a lesson learned. You had fun and someone nicer will be just around the corner.
I was at the Barras today with my mum. Poor soul paid for everything. The only thing I bought was a set of towels for my bro and his wife for their anniversary. Then went a fair wee drive to collect 4 boxes of books from a freecycler. Loads of really old books there and have been trying to value them but having problems finding them on the net. Payday on Friday :j :j . Dunno why I am all happy about it as it will be in on one hand and out on the other. Will see a difference in my totals though hopefully. xx5 Year plan.
